Issued in 1984 these publications are unique in the world of collecting. They have a special value and interest to collectors, not found in any other form of collecting and are EXTREMELY RARE.

Twenty-six highly decorated World War II, Bomber Aircrew, including no fewer than five holders of the Victoria Cross, have contributed their profiles. Each containing an autobiographical history of his flying career, notes on his squadron, combat reports, types of aircraft flown, a rare wartime photograph, illustrations of his medals for gallantry, and each is signed individually.
Famous contributors include: Leonard Cheshire VC, Roderick Learoyd VC, Bill Reid VC, Norman Jackson VC, Leonard Trent VC, Dambuster Mick Martin, Pathfinders Don Bennett and Hamish Mahaddie, Willie Tait (who sank the Tirpitz), Gus Walker and a host of other highly decorated men who flew with RAF Bomber Command.

EACH INDIVIDUAL PROFILE CARRIES AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE

The album cover is in RAF blue with the RAF crest on the front being in 22ct gold leaf. Inside are thick double sided hardback pages covered with crystal clear acrylic sheets to preserve the originality of the profile and signature. The overall size is 11½ inches x 12 inches
